Baker Sound President Rick DiDonato graduated from Temple University in 1986. He joined the Baker staff in 1987 after a brief stint at Discmakers. He was named Chief Engineer in 2000 and purchased the facility from former owner Gary Moskowitz in 2006.
Over the years, Rick has handled a wide range of engineering assignments including work for Disney, Paramount, Warner Brothers, ABC, NBC, FOX, HBO, PBS, and Lifetime, as well as spots for advertisers such as AT&T, Miller Lite, Nike, Ford, and political candidates at every level.
Engineer Jeff King graduated from Temple University in 2007, earning a degree in Communications with a concentration in the Recording Industry and Audio Engineering.
After working with numerous bands and artists at Big Sky Audio, Jeff joined Baker's staff in 2009. Since that time he has worked with clients including PBS, Nickelodeon, Disney, The Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News, and many others. Jeff has also recorded dozens of audiobooks as well as spots for countless political campaigns.
Chuck Butler is the Music Director and Principal Composer for Baker's original music division, MONSTER TRACKS. A Summa Cum Laude gradute of the Berklee College of Music, Chuck joined the Baker staff in 1987.
Chuck has composed and produced original music for national, regional, and local advertising, as well as numerous corporate films, nationally broadcast television programs, independant feature films, and documentaries. His award-winning music has been heard in countries around the world.
General Manager Ellen Kancher coordinates day to day operations at Baker Sound; her responsibilities include booking, billing, asset delivery, and client relations.
